Walter Steiner (1951) completed his studies in economics at the University
of Florence in 1977. His subsequent journalistic career took him to the
AWP news agency and the Handelszeitung business newspaper, where he
was appointed deputy editor-in-chief in 1981. Walter Steiner moved to the
Zurich-based PR agency Trimedia International in 1989, assuming responsibility
for financial & investor relations and developing activities in Southern Europe.
From 1992 to 1998 he was CEO of the financial communication agencies Eurocom
and Wirz Investor Relations. Walter Steiner has been an independent corporate
and financial communication consultant since 1998.
